Ceremony and Celebration

When a pregnancy or a baby’s life ends, including through termination, you deserve care without judgement. I offer a quiet, steady presence before, during and after your loss, whether that is support through decisions, accompaniment through the experience itself, or space to grieve in your own way and time. Your experience matters and it will be held with respect.

Pregnany and Infant Loss

Fertility Support

The path to parenthood is not always simple, and it can bring hope, grief and uncertainty all at once. I offer steady, compassionate support whether you are planning a family, trying to conceive, or moving through treatment such as IVF or IUI. You will be met with care at every stage, including the waiting, the setbacks and the decisions along the way.

Birth Doula

Birth is a threshold, and you deserve to be held through it. As your doula, I offer continuous emotional, physical and practical support during pregnancy, labour and birth. We prepare together beforehand, I stay with you through the birth itself, and I help you feel informed, heard and safe in the choices you make. This is a trauma-informed space, whatever your birth looks like and wherever you give birth.

Postnatal Doula

A person wearing a dark gray t-shirt with a label of a bird in flight, carrying a baby in a front-facing carrier. The baby's face is turned to the side, and they have brown hair. The person has a tattoo of colorful imagery on their arm. They are standing in front of a weathered brick wall with peeling white paint.

The weeks after birth can be tender, tiring and full of change. Postnatal doula support offers you gentle, practical and emotional care in your own home, so you are not doing this alone. That might mean space to talk through your birth, help with feeding and rest, or simply someone to be with you while you find your feet as a parent. You are cared for too.

Ceremony and Celebration

Some moments deserve to be marked. I create and hold ceremonies that honour your transition, such as a rebozo closing after birth or a mother blessing before it. Each one is shaped around you, your people and your values, giving you a ritual space to be witnessed, celebrated and supported as you step into this new chapter.

"Birth is not only about making babies. Birth is about making mothers — strong, competent, capable mothers who trust themselves and know their inner strength."
