Who Can Benefit from a Postnatal Doula?

A woman with long blonde hair is holding and comforting a baby with light hair and blue eyes. The woman is leaning her face close to the baby's, showing affection.

Parents who:

  • are navigating the first weeks and months of parenthood

  • are feeling overwhelmed or disconnected by the transition to parenthood

  • are processing a difficult or frightening birth

  • dont have family nearby, or who simply want more support

  • are in the first weeks and months of more than one child, balancing a new baby with older ones

My Process

Discover a gentle approach to parenthood with just three steps between where you are now and where you want to be

Step 1

We plan. Together we shape what support looks like, whether that is rest, feeding, talking through your birth or practical help.

A man with glasses and a beard carrying a young boy on his shoulders, with the boy smiling. They are in front of a blue garage door.

Step 2

We talk. A first conversation about how you are, what you need and what you hope for.

Step 3

We walk alongside. I visit regularly, adjust as you and your baby change, and step back gently when you are ready.
