My Process
Discover a gentle guidance, and attuned presence throughout active dying and end of life.
Step 1
We meet and listen. I get to know the person and their wishes, and the people who will be around them.
Step 2
We plan the vigil. Together we think about location, who is present, what the room feels like, and any rituals, music or readings that matter.
Step 3
We keep vigil. During the vigil I offer comfort, practical help and company, so the family can rest and be together. I sit with you through the final days and hours, and check in with your loved ones afterwards.
-
As early as you like. Some people reach out when a diagnosis is shared, others when the final days begin. We can talk about what makes sense for you.
-
No. I work alongside your care team. My role is presence, comfort, emotional support and practical help, not medical care. I do often advocate for clients medical wishes with their medical team.
-
We keep the space calm and unhurried. I might sit quietly, help family members rest, explain what is happening, or support the rituals you have chosen.
-
That is very common. I can help you know what to expect and be beside you, and you can step in and out as you need to. I try to make the whole process less scary and more comfortable, not only for the person who is dying, but also for those they leave here.

My death doula packages are bespoke and a personalised price can be quoted once we've had a discovery call (with no obligation to work with me). As a guide psychological sessions are priced at £165 per hour, all other sessions are priced at £70 per hour.
I offer reduced cost for any sessions carried out online, and offer a sliding scale to those who could not otherwise afford support.
-
I am based in Hornchurch, and cover Hornchurch, Emerson Park, Upminster, Romford and surrounding towns, East London, Brentwood, Billericay, Basildon and some of South Essex.
-
No. I can support people at home, but I also support in hospitals, hospices, care homes and anywhere else someone might choose to spend their final days.
