WHAT TO EXPECT?
WHAT TO EXPECT?
-
We begin where you are. We talk about what is on your mind and what you would like to feel. We cover the practical and psychological.
We explore and record your wishes. This can include your hopes for the end of life, conversations you want to have, and legacy projects, as well as what happens when you’re gone.
We put it in place. Your plans are gently put into words and shared with the people who need to know. I can also support with legal processes like power of attorney.

End of life planning support is priced at my therapy rate of £165 per hour, with discounts available for online sessions. I offer a sliding scale for individuals with low income who would otherwise be unable to afford support.
-
Not at all. I support people who are planning, or expecting, death in hospital or hospice care.
-
Continuous Support: Unlike hospital staff who shift duties or manage multiple patients, a doula stays with you.
Advocacy & Communication: They help explain medical terms in plain language and assist you in speaking up to make informed choices.
Family and Friends Support: They guide your loved ones on how to help, ensuring they also feel included and rested.
-
It’s with those who have previous trauma (either medical related or otherwise) where my dual qualification really shines.
My work is Trauma-informed, attachment-focused and person-centred. Consent, choice and dignity are at the centre of everything I do.
I combine therapy techniques and doula skills in order to ensure you are held psychologically and physically.
