One-to-One Sessions
Therapy with me is a gentle, attuned space for people working with attachment wounds, relational trauma, and the impact of medical harm. You do not have to prove that what happened was bad enough. You will be believed here.
-
Sessions cost £165 in person, and £145 online. I offer discounted sessions for those in financial hardship. I am registered with Bupa and WPA health insurance.
-
Stabilisation and education. We build safety first. You learn how trauma and attachment shape the nervous system, and we find tools that help you feel steadier.
Intervention and processing. When you are ready, we work with the experiences and patterns that need attention, using the body as well as words.
Integration. We help the changes take root in your relationships, your choices and your daily life.
-
Session are offered during school hours Tuesday to Thursday.
Sessions last 50 minutes with 10 minutes for administration.
There is no set timeline. I offer both short term focussed work and long term psychotherapy.
If you are wondering whether this is the right time, get in touch. You can ask questions with no pressure to begin.
Supervision
Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, offering a safe and supportive space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and gently move toward greater balance, resilience, and wellbeing.
-
Online sessions cost £130 for a 50 minute supervision
-
50 minute online session, held over zoom. My time dedicated to you and your clients. Text and email contact between sessions where appropriate.

Sessions usually take place monthly but can be organised more frequently for large caseloads or more recently qualified professionals. I expect supervisees to keep their own notes. Additional paperwork will be costed on a prorata basis.
